its that time of year again.....

Life is about to become more hectic around here..

Its baseball and softball season....

Spencer got asked to be on a traveling baseball team and he is pretty excited!

He will be playing in Deep East Texas baseball this year. He has the same coach as last year in league ball but he has decided to take the boys and travel this year!

Hannah will be playing league softball with 12 and under girls! She loves softball and is eager to get out there and play again...

I am going to try and blog on a regular basis but with work, school and now ball, I cant make any promises!

Opening Day

Today was the MLB opening day and it was also Opening day for our Baseball and Softball games. We are having our first of the year tournament. Spencer had his very first game tonight. He played a team against the Padres ( just happens to be his cousins team). Spencer did awesome, I am so proud of him. He is the catcher and almost caught two foul balls. He also batted twice and made it to second both times.. Its such a fun age group to watch play. I didn't get to many pictures, I was to busy cheering them on. I will try and get more pictures tomorrow night!

They ended up winning 14-2.. WTG Rays!!!

We play again tomorrow and if (WHEN) we win tomorrow, we will play again Saturday! Its a double elimination so we have at least two more games to play.. The tournament will be all day Saturday for the rest of the games!

I am hoping I get to watch him play some Saturday but Hannah also has 4 games Saturday to and I am assistant coach so I have to be there for her games. Thankfully Spencer's Nana and Aunt will be there to cheer him on!!

8 years ago....

Today I gave birth to my 4th child and my second son. Its hard to

believe that Spencer is 8, my baby is 8.. WOW!!

I still remember his birth like it was yesterday,

He wanted to be his sisters birthday present=)

sure they had their very own special day...

At 430 am I welcomed my last child weighing in at

8 pounds and 14oz..

Scarecrow Day Part 1

We took the kids to Scarecrow day yesterday and they had a blast.. It was the perfect chilly day for it...

Busy Bee..........

Life has been a roller coaster for me in the last few months.. But for now its calmed down a lot. Kids are enrolled in school, I officially have a 10th grader, 7th grader, 5th grader and 2nd grader..

They all love their school and have made tons of new friends already.. I thought the move to Michigan might take them a minute to adjust but they are doing great! Hannah took it upon herself to run for Student Council the first week of school, her teacher was so proud of her considering she was new and the kids didn't know her. Sadly she didn't make it but she was okay with it.. I cant believe my Hannah is in her last year of Elementary school.. Where has time gone.??.

Its almost my birthday, sigh, I will be 35... but I will leave that for another day....

Now that the last 2 weeks have calmed down, I have more energy to prepare for the next busy 3 months... We have 2 birthdays in Oct, one in Nov then Christmas...

So by January I will be ready for a vacation =)

Its that time of the year again, soccer season...

Today, I welcome my 4th child and second son into this world... Spencer decided to come early and be the best bday present for his sister..
I remember right in the middle of the birthday song when my water broke, I was really confused, since my water didnt break with my last 3. When I realized what it was, off to hospital I went.. I made sure not to have anything to induce my labor, I wanted him to have his own day and I wanted to enjoy my last labor and delivery.. about six hours after my water broke they decided it was best to induce my labor cuz I was group b pos.I finally agreed about 2 am.. My contractions started around 245 am, I begged for Epi ( sorry guys after hannah natrual, it wasnt the way for me to go) they tried and tried to stick me, finally after about 4 times they got it, just long enough for me to sit up and feel the urge to push, before I knew it my baby boy was being born and I had another natural child birth....
I welcomed my biggest baby of all * funny he is so lil now* weighing in at 8 pounds 140z...
My family was complete with my 2 girls and 2 boys......

oh darn, Yellow.....

Today I picked Spencer up from school and he had a very sad look in his eyes! Before I had the chance to ask him what was wrong he said " mommy, I got yellow today". He got in trouble and was asked 3 times to stop talking with his lil friend Olivia and since he didnt stop talking, they both got a yellow clip. He went all last year only getting 2 yellows and the rest greens. He had gotten all greens up until this point so far in this school year! So we had a little talk and discussed why we go to school and when is the right time to talk in school. This time he got a warning from mommy but I told him that next time he will get in trouble, that he really needed to try and listen to his teacher like he listens to mommy.. He said okay and did his little pinky promise thing he does!

now look at this picture of my handsome 6 year old and tell me if you could be upset with him for a long period of time!!

Spencer decided to take it upon hisself and take pictures! He was just a lil off on his picture but look at those cute green eyes! He will tell you, that he is the only one in our family with green eyes. He said he got them from walmart. Silly boy!

I am skipping part 3 of my secrets to bring some cuteness to my page, I dont want it all gloomy and all.... So I bring you the cutest 6 year old around.. Here is my spencer sporting my sunglasses being a goober....

I did so cute didn't I? Well its a good thing these days he has that going for him.. Spencer went from my shy timid child( before Kinder) to this wild crazy boy who has the biggest personality and the biggest smart mouth! Sometimes his cuteness saves him, well more like all the time.. of course you cant tell him anything cuz, uhmm he knows it all. After all mom, I am going in the first grade! His exact words he tells me daily! His new thing now is saying Apparently mom ( yes sometimes he uses mom and it irritates me so much) I am not as sarcastic as you think.. Really, my 6 year old is talking like this, using bigger words then he is lol...

Like I said before, good thing he is so darn cute =)
