Busy Bee..........

Life has been a roller coaster for me in the last few months.. But for now its calmed down a lot. Kids are enrolled in school, I officially have a 10th grader, 7th grader, 5th grader and 2nd grader..
They all love their school and have made tons of new friends already.. I thought the move to Michigan might take them a minute to adjust but they are doing great! Hannah took it upon herself to run for Student Council the first week of school, her teacher was so proud of her considering she was new and the kids didn't know her. Sadly she didn't make it but she was okay with it.. I cant believe my Hannah is in her last year of Elementary school.. Where has time gone.??.
Its almost my birthday, sigh, I will be 35... but I will leave that for another day....

Now that the last 2 weeks have calmed down, I have more energy to prepare for the next busy 3 months... We have 2 birthdays in Oct, one in Nov then Christmas...

So by January I will be ready for a vacation =)

Hope everyone has a great weekend

Countdown....

Its hard to imagine that my oldest child is about to be 15.I remember the day she was born and now she is 2 months away from getting her driving permit. Where has time gone?? A part of me wishes I could bottle her up and keep her a child forever but the other part of me is amazed that she has grown into this beautiful teenager. Kelsey lives with her dad and I miss her so much. She is not the typical teenager,I am thankful for that..Even though she is not here with me we have the best mother daughter relationship, the best one I could ever ask for!!!
I Love you Kelsey JO

Tears of Joy and Sadness

Tomorrow is a big day for my Kelsey Jo.. Tomorrow she starts High School ::sigh::
I cant believe that my first born child is starting high school. I am at a loss for words right now, I am filled with tears.. Tears of joy and tears of sadness. I am blessed that she is growing into the beautiful young lady that she has become. It saddens me that I will not be there to see her off to one of the biggest days of her life. It breaks my heart that because of her *posdad* that I am missing so much of her life. She knows I love her and that soon she will be out of her dads care forever, that will be the happiest day of my life! She brings me joy every single day, I am lucky to have her as my daughter!

So everyone wish my daughter good thoughts on her first day of High School... Its a big world but I have complete faith that she will come out of it Shining like a star...........
