Where has summer gone? Its Aug 3 and that means my kiddos will be back to school in 3 days. Today is registration day, 2 down and 1 more to go... Spencer has talked about first grade all summer long and today while walking into the building he clammed up and got all clingy. That's the Spencer I know. It took about 2 months for him to get used to Kindergarten last year, so I am hoping that it will not take him that long this time! His teacher seemed really sweet.. This year all first graders get their very own ipod for their desk and that did bring a smile to his face.. Silly boy....
Hannah is all bout some school. She is super popular and loved by everyone! Her 3rd grade teacher from last year saw her in the hall and asked her just to come back to 3rd grade and be in her class! Hannah's teacher is Michael's Academic Coach from last year so she already knew Hannah ! Plus She is in class with her 2 of her 3 besties!
In just 2 hours I will be headed to the Middle School to register Michael. I am still in shock that my son is in middle school but at sadly I know I cant keep him from growing up .. I have to suck it up and just be proud......
So as the school year approaches in less then three days, my kids will be rockin their school and I will be one proud momma...........
